The White Shark Trust Field Research Assistantship is proud to introduce you to our assistants:

Monday the 15th of March was a beautiful day... dead calm ocean... not a cloud on the horizon... the wind was shifting the whole day and finally picked up on the West in the afternoon. Six hours without a Shark (not counting two Sharks who just swam deep under the boat a couple of times)... What a long wait! We ended up anchoring next to Barracuda shortly before they left, and observed three White Sharks.
On Tuesday the 16th of March 2004, we observed two White Sharks... Beautiful day with some NWesterly swell and wind. Unfortunately, the Sharks disappeared after a hour, and it was quite a slow Shark day. One juvenile Cape Fur Seal came playing around the boat - Dangerous game!
